FOOD PREP/COOK/BAKER

(5-7-hour Employee)

  1. Prepare and Serve Breakfast (INTERMEDIATE AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)
  2. Wash Breakfast dishes (INTERMEDIATE AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)
  3. Prepare all Fruit or Vegetable for the day
  4. Prepare and Bake all baked items for the day
  5. Assist with Main Entrees and Batch cooking
  6. Cashier (HIGH SCHOOL)
  7. Server (MIDDLE, INTERMEDIATE, AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)
  8. Record Temperature in Log Book
  9. Prepare Ala Carte Entrees/ Snack bar
  10.  Cashier Ala Carte and Snack Bar
  11. Run food to Serving Lines
  12. Food Prep between Lunches
  13. Knowledge of Meal Components
  14. Set up and Take down Ala Carte and Snack Bar
  15. Wash Tables between lunches (INTERMEDIATE AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)
  16. Put Stock away (BE ABLE TO LIFT 30#)
  17. Monthly Cleaning
  18. Dispose of Garbage
  19. Clean service area and kitchen at End of Day
  20. Record and Give Manager Breakfast and Lunch Counts/ Competitive Sheets
  21. Laundry
  22. Must be able to receive feedback
  23. Comply with Employee Handbook
